TMEA Region 3 –
Band Division
Texas Music Educators Association is an organization of over 12,000 school music educators dedicated to promoting excellence and advocating music education in Texas schools. TMEA comprises five divisions:
Band, Orchestra, Vocal,
Elementary and College.
In Region 3, we are proud to provide opportunities for all levels and concentrations.
TMEA Region 3 – Band Division is responsible for providing North Texas band students with highly musical and artistically educational opportunities for both middle school and high school students in the jazz and classical genres.
Additionally, the Region 3 Band Division acts as a resource for directors by connecting current music educators across neighboring cities to better themselves for their students and their communities.
